Directions
In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of barely simmering water, heat chocolate for about 5 minutes or until three-quarters of the chocolate is melted; remove from heat and stir with metal spoon until remaining chocolate is melted.

Partially dip each clementine segment in melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl; place on parchment paper–lined tray. Sprinkle with salt. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
Tip:
Alternatively, place chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on Medium, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and melted.
