2 tbsp butter
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1/2 cup Beringer Main & Vine™ Pinot Grigio
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp each finely chopped fresh tarragon, parsley and chives


Melt butter in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook green beans, salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Stir in white wine, mustard and honey. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp. Stir in tarragon, parsley and chives.


  • If you like, use French green beans, but reduce cook time as needed.
  • Add 1 minced garlic clove when sautéing green beans if desired.
