Directions
Melt butter in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook green beans, salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Stir in white wine, mustard and honey. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp. Stir in tarragon, parsley and chives.
TIPS
- If you like, use French green beans, but reduce cook time as needed.
- Add 1 minced garlic clove when sautéing green beans if desired.
