1 can refrigerated breadstick dough
12 hot dogs
12 slices cheddar cheese
12 bamboo skewers


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchemtn paper.
  2. Skewer hotdogs with skewers; leave 1 inch skewer poking out of top of dog - this is where the cheese star will be affixed.
  3. Wrap each hot dog with a strip of breadstick dough in a spiraling pattern. Space the dough evenly to create a stripe pattern. Place the wrapped hot dogs on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the hot dogs are baking, use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars out of the sheets of cheddar cheese.
  6. Once the hot dogs are cooled, affix a cheese star to the end of each skewer.
  7. Serve with your favorite hot dog condiments for dipping, and enjoy!
