3 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped (at least 70% cocoa solids)
6 clementines, peeled and segmented
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes



In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of barely simmering water, heat chocolate for about 5 minutes or until three-quarters of the chocolate is melted; remove from heat and stir with metal spoon until remaining chocolate is melted. <br\> Partially dip each clementine segment in melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl; place on parchment paper–lined tray. Sprinkle with salt. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens.


Alternatively, place chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on Medium, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and melted.
